BE ADVISED: We strictly adhere to the Indiana State Code re: delinquent accounts and the sale of stored property under lien. A storage unit 60+ days past-due will be sold at public auction.

While we make every effort to communicate auction information to delinquent tenants, including phone calls, text messages, verified mail, newspaper ads, and Facebook posts, it is the responsibility of the tenant to keep their account in good standing. Please be sure to update our office with correct contact information. If your account is past-due, it is critical that you contact our office immediately to check on the auction status of your storage unit.
